This project involves the design, construction, and operation of a modular camp spanning 135,000 m² in Hawiyah, KSA, for 12,500 occupants. The scope includes:

1. Infrastructure Development: Internal roads, utilities, drainage, and site services.
2. Modular Building Fabrication & Installation: Pre-fabricated units for residential, industrial, and support facilities.
3. Civil & Foundation Works: Site preparation, grading, and durable foundations tailored for modular structures.
4. Utilities Integration: Connection of water, electricity, HVAC, sewage, and communication systems.
5. Operation & Maintenance: Post-construction management ensuring long-term safety, efficiency, and service delivery.
