Neom Professional Village-Gayal

The Neom Professional Village Project is a significant design-build initiative commissioned by Neom Company, aimed at establishing sustainable and innovative living environments for Neom Professionals. Covering a total area of 226,000 m², the project focuses on constructing pre-fabricated modular structures, Accommodation buildings, and pre-engineered buildings to accommodate 5,054 Management Staff in a well-designed, functional community. Tamimi PEB is responsible for the comprehensive scope of work, which includes:

• Infrastructure Development: Laying roads, utilities, and essential services to support the community.
• Building Fabrication and Installation: Using advanced modular construction techniques for efficient and sustainable structures.
• Civil and Foundation Works: Ensuring structural stability and durability through meticulous engineering.
