Tamimi PEB executed a 5 Star Residential Compound called “GESHLA Residency” project for Tamimi Global Company Limited, a large-scale design-build initiative. Spanning 23,000 m², the development includes pre-fabricated modular residential buildings and pre-engineered structures to accommodate 161 VIP Guests and other staff. The Residency Consists of:
