Manufacturing Overview

Tamimi PEB’s manufacturing facilities in Al Jubail and NEOM can produce a combined 90 modules daily, utilizing advanced machinery like cold-form steel roll-forming and EPS sandwich panel systems. With a total area of 100,000 sqm and over 48,000 units produced in Saudi Arabia—including 23,000 for NEOM—Tamimi PEB is a leader in modular construction, delivering durable, custom-designed steel structures.

4982 Units produced in 2022 with a dispatch rate of 16 units/day.
12562 Units produced in 2023 with a dispatch rate of 41 units/day.
Total 13212 to be produced in 2024 with a dispatch rate of 51 units/day & 6755 Units to be produced till Dec 2024.

Tamimi PEB provides a comprehensive suite of in-house engineering and design services, covering architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical designs. Our expert teams utilize state-of-the-art software like ETABS, STRAP, and Pinnacle to design buildings in compliance with international standards such as those of Saudi Aramco.

Our precision CNC machines allow for the rapid production of steel structures, with the capacity to manufacture a full villa in under 3 hours. Our facilities can handle large-scale production needs while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

2,500 portable cabins per month (44m2 each)
